Johana Leroy is a guitarist, pianist and singer-songwriter, musician and educator. For many years, she has been developing her own musical universe through lyric-driven songwriting.

Johana studied music at a music school during her childhood, learning piano and choral singing. She soon turned towards a self-taught approach to music, allowing her to freely explore her intuitive sensibility in a personal and therapeutic way.

In 2008, she presented her musical universe as part of the Voix du Sud – Rencontres d’Astaffort residency for singer-songwriters, where her work was recognised by music professionals. She subsequently self-produced two EPs featuring five and six original tracks, in trio and quintet formats.

She is currently preparing a third EP, due for release in 2027, which will celebrate the feminine. For the first time, she is collaborating with a female musician on such a project, in a sensitive duo format with a cellist.
